Job Description

An established IT service and consulting company is looking to add a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to their team. The Customer Service Specialist's main responsibilities will be being a point of contact for customers and keeping a positive demeaner. Day to day duties: 

  • Creating and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Improving company processes 
  • Following up with customers on invoices 
  • Managing customer feedback 
  • Answering customer questions 
Qualifications 
  • Great written and verbal communication skills 
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service 
  • Willingness to learn 
  • Ability to multitask 
  • Personable 
  • Organized
