Job Description

Boulo is seeking a Marketing Manager for a Client out of South Alabama. This role has the ability to work on many different projects related to marketing and administration for the company. You will own social media content, email scheduling, and maintain organization of the marketing CRM software. You will coordinate all logistics in preparation for large trade shows and events. While previous experience is preferred, the individual tasks have the ability to be taught within onboarding.

Flexibility: Ability to be fully remote, however preference would to be based near the office in Fairhope/Mobile for the occasional in person meeting.

Employment Type: This is a full time position.

Interview: You will have the opportunity to meet with others from the team either in person or on a video call.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan coordination and logistics for trade show booths
  • Program posts to social media channels, primarily LinkedIn and facebook, using HubSpot
  • Program email campaigns using HubSpot
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to search for prospects based on criteria
  • Connect with prospective clients using prepared message
  • Follow up with prospective clients in an effort to set appointments with sales individuals within the office
  • Light administrative assistance for president and CEO

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with trade shows, large events, or within a project management role
  • Previous experience overseeing content creation and cadence
  • Eager to jump into a role wearing many hats, knowing you might need to pivot and excited that no day is the same
