Full Time Hybrid Administrative Assistant/Personal Assistant Montgomery, AL

A Commercial Real Estate firm is looking for a highly Trustworthy Administrative Assistant/Personal Assistant to assist with the firm and personal family-owned properties. This person should LOVE details. Experience working in a law firm or accounting firm as an Administrative Assistant a plus.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing documents
  • Organizing and keeping both Personal and Firm files and records.
  • Keeping up with proper insurances on properties and firm.
  • Assisting in research and study emerging market.
  • Assisting with personal family and property bills
  • Assisting parents as they age and want to remain involved in the business.
  • A background in accounting/booking/Quickbooks a plus

$50,000 - 60,000/year plus bonuses

This person needs to be in close proximity to the office for meetings and errands or office work that needs to be done. Downtown Montgomery Alabama
