Job Description


We are looking for an assertive and results-driven sales representative to seek out and engage customer prospects in addition to maintaining and expanding existing client relationships. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for customer needs in an effort to increase company sales, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Sales Rep Responsibilities: 
- Sell products and services through fully qualifying client and prospective client needs
- Properly consult clients based on thorough knowledge of product, services, and production methods
- Maintain existing client relationships to ensure future repeat sales
- Acquire new business through company provided and self-generated leads
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Meet or exceed agreed upon quarterly and annual sales goals within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with management, team members, and other departments
- Routinely inform management by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, lead to customer conversion ratios, weekly work plans, etc.
- Provide thorough and accurate project details to and work closely with production team
- Meet project deadlines
- Assist and inform marketing team in inbound marketing efforts
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Keep abreast of best practices, new products, industry trends, current marketplace pricing
- Recommend changes in product, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments
- Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements & Qualifications: 
- Proven work experience and success as a sales rep
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office and use of a PC
- Familiarity with CRM practices and software along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated, assertive, and target driven
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to client needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- BS/BA degree or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 to $75,000.00 /year
