Service Resolution Specialist

Job Description:

This is a part-time temporary position and requires early morning hours and weekends. Salary is $18-$20 per hour plus mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities:

• Perform field audit quality control checks in the early morning hours (4:00 am-9:00 am) in multiple towns. Audits are assigned by supervisor.
• Complete phone calls to subscribers for whom addresses were checked in the early morning in order to validate proper delivery.
• Enter messages with delivery results in the Globe's PBS system.

Qualifications:

• Over 18 years old
• Dependable
• Valid US Driver's license
• Reliable
