As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be able to help people every day. Our team will teach you the skills you’ll need to succeed in this job, and provide you a chance to do so. We are currently operating 100% remotely and are looking for candidates excited to be apart of zoom training until we can resume business as usual in the office at which time you will need to commute to Framingham for normal work hours.
Primary responsibilities for this role include:
Providing troubleshooting on variety of issues.
Remaining calm and helpful.
Showing a sense of urgency, demonstrating accuracy and efficiency.
Providing feedback, proper recommendations.
Develop knowledge of products offered to assist with technical questions.
