Our management team is looking for an Account Representative to join our Business Development team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, account management proficiency, positive attitude, clear communication, strong organization and time management skills, ability to be attentive and effectively communication with internal colleagues as well as clients. Our candidate must be results-driven professional who understands the exceptional customer service delivery.

This candidate will be responsible for joining efforts with Business Development Team while managing administrative side of accounts. Ideal candidate will be focusing on client on-boarding, communications, answering client inquiries, assisting with paperwork set up, overseeing organizational workflow while processing paperwork and following through with any account requests while providing incomparable customer service. Timely communication to the management team of any customer issue as soon as it arises is key. Ideal candidate will also track customer issues through a customer support ticket system – CRM, as well as provide on-going feedback to management to continually improve and enhance customer on-boarding process.

Candidate with experience in technology, legal-tech and/or customer service roles within B2B environment is preferred.
