Job Description

National real estate services firm is currently looking for a motivated and success driven National Sales Director (NSD). The NSD is responsible for business development and maintaining positive relationships with clients and industry partners of McDonnell and Associates, PA. Additionally, the NSD will create business leads, generate new business, and track monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Track and meet montly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and activities
• Ability to anticipate and solve problems for clients and complex business processes
• High level of organization and strong attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate strong follow through
• Ability to effectively present information one-on-one and in group settings to customers and industry partners
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and industry partners
• Travel required (average of: 35%-50%)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in a Business related field preferred with three to five years of experience in real estate title services sales or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
