Job Description

Exciting opportunity to join a well-run company as their Chief Financial Officer.

To be qualified, please have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting. Being a CPA or an MBA is a plus. Please have 10 years of relevant experience to include P&L responsibility. Experience with mergers and acquisitions a strong plus.

You will be responsible for:

Accounting

Tax

Budgeting

Credit and Collection

All financial systems

Cash Management

Compensation:

A generous salary plus equity participation.
