Commercial general contractor in Pueblo County is now hiring for a full time Project Manager.
Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with sub-contractors, owner representatives, city officials and design/ engineering professionals at all levels.
Strong project management, estimating skills and bid package preparation are required for this position.
General Accountabilities:

• Assume responsibility and assist in assigned projects from conception through completion
• Read and fully understand plans, specifications, details and construction documents
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and schedules
• Prepare complete detailed scopes of work for bidding and contracting
• Prepare, qualify and analyze subcontractor bids
• Prepare value engineering
• Coordinate and sequence shop drawings, submittals, samples, etc.
• Create and maintain project schedules including milestone points
• Monitor and control RFI’s, ASI’s and project changes.
• Assist with negotiation and control change orders
• Ensure all project reports and documents are current and accurate
• Close out projects expeditiously

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience in commercial project management and estimating, proficient with MS Word and Excel, Primivera P6 or MS Project, PROCORE project management software is a plus Valid driver's license, reliable transportation.
