Bonding Solutions is looking to add an office administrator team member at our agency. This position will assist with client account administration/coordination and executive assistance, including surety bond issuance. The person applying for this position will need to be comfortable with both client and co-worker communication. You will be key in assisting clients and co-workers with account communication and process support.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients via phone, email, and text.
- Work to support Agency Management and Producers.
- Manage incoming agency communication.
- Invoice and account renewal support.
Qualifications
- Relevant work experience
- Comfortable in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to multitask
- Comfortable with computer Systems
