Job Description

Bonding Solutions is looking to add an office administrator team member to our agency. This position will assist with client account administration, surety bond renewals, and executive assistance, including surety bond issuance/renewal support. The person applying for this position must be comfortable with client and co-worker communication. You will be key in assisting clients and co-workers with account communication and process support.


  • Work with clients via phone, email, and text.
  • Work to support Agency Management and Producers.
  • Manage incoming agency communication.
  • Invoice and account renewal support.


  • Confident with co-workers/team work
  • Relevant work experience
  • Comfortable in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Comfortable with computer Systems
