Job Description
Salary: ~75k USD Annual DOE + Project Stake Component

Job Title: - iOS/Swift Development

Location: Remote (Worldwide)

Working Hours: Overlap a minimum of 4 hours to EST

Duration: Long-Term Contract


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience


  • Lead a sub-team of Native iOS developers focused on executing the product roadmap.
  • Work in partnership with other professionals, like Solutions Architect and other tech leads (Android and Backend).
  • Utilize Jira for tracking, reporting, and unblocking team issues.
  • Take technical decisions based on expertise in iOS development.
  • Bring your years of professional experience into your interactions and guidance of team members.

Required qualification

  • Proven track record of success in leading teams of developers.
  • 8+ years working in Native iOS development.
  • 5+ years working in Swift development
  • Experience working professionally with the development of full SwiftUI-based apps.
  • Published or maintained apps in Apple AppStore.

Must have

  • Experience working in start-ups: Fast pace, committed to deliveries, ability to make decisions.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Domain of SDLC best practices, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
  • Ability to modularize code on Architectural Patterns (VIPER, MVVM, MVC).

Nice to have

  • Experience consuming GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience in maintaining mobile CI/CD pipelines.

Ideal candidate

  • Ability to communicate with a technical vocabulary
  • Be self-motivated
  • Be organized


Hybrid iOS development technologies, such as React Native, Xamarin, Flutter, and similar, are not considered for this role. Candidates without experience in Swift development will be rejected.
