Bolin Law Group is seeking a full time Med/Mal Paralegal. Direct experience in this practice area is highly preferred. This position requires self-disciplined candidates capable of operating both autonomously and collaboratively in a high volume, fast paced environment that offers a significant amount of flexibility resulting from our use of cloud based platforms.

Responsibilities may include:
Medical records review and chronologizing.
Researching and suggesting potential experts.
Drafting motions, notices, and correspondences to involved parties
Conducting research to support legal proceedings
Investigating facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes including discovery and subpoena service
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Med/Mal Paralegal (defense experience preferred).
Familiarity with legal research
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
