Bold Brew Coffee is a Cold Brew Coffee company based in San Diego, California. At Bold Brew, our goal is to empower everyone to “Live Bold” with our all natural & highly caffeinating cold brew coffee. Our premium Arabica coffee is packaged in sleek 8oz cans for quick & easy consumption on-the-go! Bold Brew prides itself in celebrating everyone’s risk-taking choices and living a BOLD, active life!
Bold Brew Coffee is looking for an energetic & outgoing individual to join our growing Sales team. On the Sales Team, you will join others in selling our packaged Cold Brew Coffee cases to an array of Offices, Restaurants & Co-working spaces. We work out of a co-working space on-campus at San Diego State University with rooms designated for calling.
Present, promote and sell Cold Brew Coffee cases using persuasive strategy to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Specialize in generating new business in an assigned territory through prospecting, cold calling B2B, networking and referrals.
Conduct outbound phone calls to qualified prospects to schedule face-to-face meetings.
Develop a number of potential prospects to guarantee future sales growth.
Utilize needs satisfaction selling skills to develop unique client specific solutions for each prospect encountered.
Meet/exceed monthly sales goals.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Continuously improve through feedback
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Highly comfortable speaking over the phone and in person
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
BS/BA degree or equivalent
