At Bohler, we're on the lookout for a forward-thinking Head of HR Operations and Total Rewards who is passionate about leveraging technology and innovative HR practices to enhance employee experience. You will lead the charge in optimizing our HR systems, tools and processes, ensuring they align with our company's purpose of creating an unrivaled employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Optimization for Enhanced Experience: Spearhead the optimization of HR systems (HRIS, ATS, Employee Engagement platforms, etc.), emphasizing seamless integration, user-friendliness, and accessibility to drive an exceptional employee experience.
  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support our mission and goals, to include using technology and systems to optimize and innovate HR operations and employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborative Initiatives: Act as a crucial member of the HR Leadership Team, working closely with peers and other business leaders to introduce and champion initiatives that foster a unified, employee-centric culture across the organization.
  • Total Rewards Innovation: Oversee the Total Rewards framework, ensuring it is competitive, equitable, and leverages the latest tools and systems for efficient administration and employee engagement.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR analytics and system data to inform strategic decisions, enhance employee engagement, and identify areas for improvement in the HR lifecycle.
  • Policy and Compliance Enhancement: Regularly review and enhance HR policies and practices to ensure compliance, effectiveness, and alignment with our focus on a great employee experience.
  • Safety and Wellbeing: Innovate and update health and safety policies by integrating systems that ensure a safe and prepared workplace, contributing to overall employee wellbeing.
  • Leadership and Development: Cultivate a high-performing HR operations team, focusing on skill development in system management and employee experience enhancement.

  • Demonstrated experience in HR leadership with a strong emphasis on system optimization and improving employee experience.
  • Expert knowledge in the latest HR technologies and their application in enhancing HR operations and employee engagement.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that improve employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to HR management and decision making.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving shared goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree and/or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred; degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
