Boeing's IT Product Systems is looking for an Office Administrator to support our executive team in the Renton/Seattle area.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Candidate selected must demonstrate a great working relationship with peers and executives using strong collaboration, communication and people skills as well as discretion and initiative to perform the following duties:
  •  Under minimal supervision, prioritizes actions and pro-actively anticipates needs and flow of the office to ensure a smooth operating rhythm.
  • Plans and implements logistics organizational events.
  • Coordinates and processes domestic and international business travel arrangements, monitors designated business traveler's logistics, generates expense reports and assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verifies payments to corporate credit cards.
  • Schedules meetings, and as directed critically emergent meetings with short notice while prioritizing the calendar.
  • Tracks and maintains designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources.
  • Orders and maintains office supplies.
  • Plans Service Award events.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience supporting Executives or Senior Managers.
  • Experience managing executive schedules and calendars.
  • Experience coordinating and processing domestic and international travel arrangements, generating expense reports and reconciling corporate credit card charges

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities from different sources.

Typical Education/Experience:

High school diploma or GED and typically 4 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
