Boeing is seeking an Office Administrator to play a key role supporting the E-4B, which serves as the National Airborne Operations Center for the President and Secretary of Defense of the United States. Located on Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma, this administrator will work in the E-4B Systems Integration Laboratory (SIL) where engineering solutions are developed and equipment is sustained for the E-4B Super High Frequency (SHF) system. Primary Responsibilities: Provide security escorts for Government, Contractors, service providers, maintenance workers, and custodial workers to include janitorial, building repair, inspections, and other visitors to the facility on a daily basis. Escorting entails classified visit requests, coordinating access to the base, building entry (controlled devices storage), logging visitors into the computer, issuing badges, and shoulder-to-shoulder observation for the entire time visitors are in the facility. Prepare and deliver monthly status reports and official Government deliveries Develop and provide briefings as requested and document meetings with minutes. Coordinate with several personnel to set up a monthly team meetings and ensure subsequent reports are prepared and sent to the appropriate distribution Coordinates any special occasions for employees (retirements and service awards) Assist staff with travel needs Assist others with travel on main campus to include international travel and expense reports Experience with the following systems is highly desirable: CAPRS, SPN, WebEx, MS Office suite, Adobe, and all aspects of MS Outlook calendar meetings Order office supplies, safety equipment, laboratory supplies, and shredding services Assist manager with material budget. Conduct meetings to prioritize spending. Assist with monitoring of charging and spending Supports employees with: Print packages Computer equipment orders Office supplies File and stores drawings Schedules/facilitates conference room meetings, etc. Updates organization charts Focal for the document library Sets up interviews and manages interview packages The Office Administrator function on this team operates in a unique classified environment and is crucial to successful execution of the contract. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Experience in managing leadership schedules and calendars using Microsoft Outlook Experience using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Experience with creating, editing and maintaining electronic and written communication Preferred Skills/Experience): Skill and ability to collect, assess, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarizer findings and develop conclusions and recommendations Strong relationship building skills; ability and flexibility to work with different leadership style Typical Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED and typically 1 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
