This position will gain exposure to reputation management, paid digital media, SEO, and ecommerce. The ideal candidate looking to gain exposure in the digital communications and marketing space. The position’s tasks will focus on the management of online reviews and responses, digital ads campaign maintenance, SEO development, and occasionally ecommerce tasks. Reports to the Digital Marketing Team. The Marketing and Reputation Management Intern is an hourly part-time position working a maximum of 20 hours weekly.
Job Function and Responsibilities:
Engages in responding to reviews – both positive and negative – to enhance BodyLogicMD’s locations reputations and to demonstrate service excellence and commitment to enhancing the patient experience.
Assists in establishing, managing, and maintaining online reviews platforms (Trustpilot, Glassdoor, Facebook, Google, Yelp, etc.)
Learn and support maintenance of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads
Learn and support SEO content development and site development tasks
Develop relationships with other departments to track and resolve customer issues
Analyze digital trends and identify actionable insights from patient feedback
Identify brand advocates and encourage them to share positive conversation and success stories
Exposure/experience with communications and/or social media,
Exposure/experience in customer service
Exposure/experience in reputation management
Highschool graduate (or equivalent)
Exposure/experience working with Google Analytics and Google MyBusiness
Exposure/experience with Wordpress
