Get hands-on experience by working directly with professionals at Bob's Rentals. As the Office Assistant/ HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects for the company. This paid internship will include completing I-9 audits, performing administrative work, and a variety of additional HR-related tasks. The individual will gain valuable hands-on work experience. By working at Bob's Rentals, the Office Assistant/ HR Intern will have the opportunity to build a valuable Business foundation and skill set.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
- The ability to work 20 to 30 hours per week.
- The ability to work at a fast pace to complete assigned work duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare all titles & lien releases for fleet sales.
- Run month-end reports for the Business.
- Performs other related duties as assigned to assist the Business Manager
- Assist with the recruiting and applicant tracking solution and develop content such as job advertisements, communications, and job questions.
- Post job advertisements to the Applicant Tracking System.
- Review applicant resumes and screen applicants.
- Complete phone interviews with applicants.
- Assist with the onboarding process to enhance the new employee experience.
- Perform audits of personnel files to ensure they are up to date and scanned in the appropriate place.
- Assist with payroll journal entries.
