As the Bobby Rahal Automotive Group continues to grow, we are looking for those with excellent customer service skills to fill a variety of roles within our Dealership Group.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in client requests to schedule service appointments accurately and answer questions.
- Greet clients in a timely, friendly manner and obtain information about their vehicle. Document any issues the vehicle may have accurately and clearly on a repair order.
- Advise client on the care of their vehicle and the value of maintaining the vehicle in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
- Explain completed work and all charges to client.
Qualified Applicants Will:

- A positive attitude and desire to help others are absolute musts.
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multi-task.
