Bobby Rahal Toyota of Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking to hire a full-time Assistant Service Manager to give superior customer service while providing our clients guidance on their vehicle service needs and assisting the Service Director with managing the Service department personnel and time records. The typical schedule for this position is Tuesday through Friday from 7am to 5pm and Saturday from 7am to 4pm. That means you will have every Monday off!

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER
As an Assistant Service Manager you are passionate and enthusiastic about delivering world-class customer service to our clients. As needed, you step in to fill the role of Service Advisor which includes fielding phone calls from clients who have general questions or are looking to schedule service appointments and then greeting them with a smile when they arrive. You then act as the liaison between our Service Technicians and the customer, explaining all recommended work and getting authorization to perform repairs. You provide honest, accurate estimates on labor and parts and ensure that all charges are billed out correctly. Our Service Director also relies on you to help manage our Service department team members as well as their time records.
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong phone and computer skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Prior dealership / automotive experience and knowledge is required
Ability to lead and inspire our team members
