Bob Bell is looking for a Courtesy Delivery Manager

Multi-franchise Metropolitan Baltimore Fleet Dealership for Bob Bell Automotive Group seeks a Courtesy Delivery Manager for a fast paced, high-volume office. Employees must be able to learn quickly. Ideal candidate will have experience processing deals, accounts receivable, and accounts payable and/or title work. Basic Excel, Word, and strong organizational skills are required. Room for advancement. CDK experience and/or automobile dealership experience is a plus. Hours are 9-5, Monday through Friday. We offer competitive salary, health insurance, 401k, and paid vacation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Delivery vehicles to customer
• Prepare and ensure all paperwork is accurate
• Prepare Tags for delivery.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Personal and professional integrity
• Computer experience and willingness to learn new programs
• Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
