Dental Practice Manager for Camas Pediatric Dentistry

An AA Degree in Business, Management or similar, or experience commensurate with this position is required.

This position will communicate frequently with Finance, Operations, and Team Services (HR); as well as serving as a liaison between Operations, doctors, and team members. 

Responsibilities include daily operations of the practice, staff schedule, team performance, and the overall management of assigned practices with a focus on exceptional service. In partnership with the dentist, the purpose of the practice manager is to ensure that the dental office provides outstanding customer service via engaged employees in an efficient manner and that practice performance goals are attained.

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols;
• Thorough understanding of the computer system and excellent computer skills;
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills;
• Ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively;
• Business acumen

Salary is based on skills and experience.
