Dental Office Front Desk for The Dentists' Office in Fallon, NV

As a Front Desk team member, you will increase your skills working side-by-side with a diverse team of dental professionals at The Dentists' Office in Fallon, NV. Candidates will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and patient-oriented in order to assure we continually deliver high-quality dental care for our patients. Must be comfortable with a fast-paced clinic, helping the front and back office, have great communication skills, a pleasant and professional manner, and high accuracy in entering data.

 Daily duties include, but are not limited to:

• Greet and register patients
• Answer and manage incoming calls
• Use of practice management software for scheduling appointments, adequately communicate changes in practice schedule
• Manage patient records in compliance with legal requirements, including HIPAA and security regulations
• Collect and process payments
• Explain insurance benefits and financial options available to patients
• Check insurance eligibility
