This candidate must also have the ability to build positive sustainable relationships with peers, subordinates, vendors, and clients
Minimum 3 years experience in the construction industry with a proven record of following a project from start to finish
Working knowledge and comprehension of architectural drawings, working drawings and specifications
Responsibilities
The Electrical Estimator/Project Manager is responsible for producing proposals and price quotes for commercial and some industrial projects
Read RFPs and/or make initial site visit to document the scope of work
Produce quality take-offs from drawings and/or notes from site visit
Recommend construction materials, means and methods
Produce finished proposal for presentation to prospective clients
Prepare construction schedules, Bill of Materials and source unique materials
