Job Description
Demonstrate ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quota
Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance
Judgment and decision-making ability, problem identification, and objection to resolution skills
Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
Effective listening, communication (written and verbal), and negotiating skills
Motivated self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced environment with high energy and level of enthusiasm
Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities
Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
Effective team player who works productively with a wide range of people

The Outside Sales Representative will grow sales and increase company profits
This individual will develop ongoing, profitable relationships and, where applicable, service and maintain relationships with current existing accounts in the assigned territory
The main responsibilities are to execute all aspects of the company’s external sales efforts, meet or exceed expected financial quota, prepare, and submit accurate sales bids and change orders, ensure that customers are contacted in a timely manner, schedule and visit potential customers, including site visits and project site evaluations
Communicate significant items/events to the Outside Sales
As with all positions , the Outside Sales Rep must be dependable, orderly, and able to work both individually and as a team player
Develop and execute a plan to meet an individual sales quota
Qualify and process new leads that arrive, by person, phone, and/or email
