This position reports to the office daily, and reports directly to the Sales Manager. All candidates must pass a background check and have reliable transportation.
- Provide exceptional customer service for client
- Prospect and contact all potential customers
- Sales of new products and services
- Set installation appointments for customer
- Direct point of contact for call center rep
- Check and verification of credit
- Up-sell when available
- Escalate issues or concerns when necessary
- Help solve consumer issues and find solutions in their services
- Set follow up appointments to ensure the satisfaction of new customers
- 0-5 years customer service, retail sales or sales experience
- Winning attitude and strong work ethic
- Desire to be challenged in a professional environment
- Works great independently but also thrives in a team setting
- Available to commute to Lombard, IL (office location)
