As a customer service representative, you'll provide top quality in person and over the phone support and maintain the company's professional image. Responsibilities

· Customer Service oriented

· Respond to all inquiries in a timely and professional manner

· Handle customer inquiries

· Provide information about the products and services

· Document and update customer records based on interactions

· Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

· Maintain the company's professional image

· Work both individually and as a team

Qualifications

· Able to adapt to changing environments

· Possess exceptional critical thinking skills

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Previous customer service experience not required but an asset

· Ability to build rapport with clients

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

· Positive and professional demeanor
