Responsibilities:
  • Key contributor to creation and evolution of Quality Assurance process
  • Requirements analysis and decomposition
  • Acceptance test case preparation
  • Test case execution and documentation
  • Defect management and reporting
  • Test inventory creation and maintenance
  • Assist with grooming the Story Backlog
  • Special projects, as needed, to research and implement efficiencies
  • Automated test creation, in the future, as QA process develops
  • User account maintenance in database (merging, group cleanups)
  • Provide coaching and backup support for $BlueBucks program and critical support related issues
Requirements:
  • Preferred background in Computer or Information Science
  • Experience with software development projects and testing on the web and client server environments.
  • Best practice software testing standards
  • Proven ability to determine root problems and create test requirements
  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Understanding of Agile development principles
  • Quality assurance practices and tools
  • Selenium, Microsoft Office experience required
  • TFS and Test Manager experience
  • Preferred SQL query writing experience
  • Experience working independently and as part of a Development team
