BluePath Labs is a fast-growing research and consulting company committed to solving complex problems for federal, state, and local government clients. We offer a range of professional, scientific, and technology services. Our specific areas of expertise include business consulting, research and data science, and technology integration. We are looking for a Technical Writer to support the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).

Primary Responsibilities will include:

+ Perform a variety of complex tasks and responsibilities that will include working with CFPB's Regulatory Technology team to gain an understanding of CFPB financial regulatory requirements and organizational objectives.

+ Refine and document goals and objectives, proposing solution options with value proposition and formulation of an actionable plan.

+ Provide technical direction and assistance to the project team; prepare reports and conduct status briefings.

+ Provide technical writing, document editing, and document structure support for help materials such as templates, scripts, knowledgebase contact, technical materials and other related regulatory technical documentation.

+ Maintain content and update annually at a minimum.

+ Develop quality management metrics and quality reports for delivery to the Office of Technology and Innovation as defined and scheduled.

+ Track and monitor quality issues to closure.

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Management and Strategy, Public Policy, Financial Regulation, Economics, Statistics, or other related field of study.

+ Must have five (5) years of diversified experience that includes:

+ planning studies, analysis and recommendations to business problems,

+ providing leadership to peers and team members,

+ supporting business process evaluation, redesign, recommendation, and implementation of redesigned business process solutions through partnerships and relationship building with stakeholders,

+ project management, developing functional requirements, policy development, organization, direction, and change management.

+ Certified expert in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Professional, and Change Management (i.e., Prosci) is preferred.
