We are looking for a Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS) Analyst to support the USAF's Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) Program Office.Primary responsibilities will include:Conduct daily review/update of IMDS data and track readiness status and movement in IMDS. Input all equipment, maintenance information and history that come with newly received MRAPs into REMIS and IMDS.Perform monthly review/reconciliation between REMIS/IMDS to ensure accurate MRAP transfer/loss/gain accountability reporting.Remove all equipment, maintenance and history information on transferred or demilitarized MRAP equipment from REMIS/IMDS using the AF Form 913 process.Coordinate with REMIS and AFLCMC to de-conflict MRAP Chief Financial Officer Compliance data. Analyze and update IMDS information to ensure compliance with current Air Force and DoD guidance.Ensure Plans, Scheduling and Documentation (PS) Aerospace Vehicle Distribution Officer (AVDO) accurately reports all assignment/possession changes through the Lead Command AVDO in accordance with (IAW) Air Force Instructions.Provide IMDS familiarization training to field units and CLS support contractors to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

In addition, train field units on how to extract information from IMDS to develop and report monthly metrics as well as what reports to pull and provide for FIAR accountability audits.Assist in the development of TCTOs with MAJCOMs and AFLCMC. Create periodic maintenance inspection checklists. Develop and coordinate retrofit/modification plans.Provide feedback to Unit/MAJCOM/HAF senior leaders and determine corrective actions for identified issues.Required Qualifications:Bachelors degree along with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant professional experience with Air Force aircraft or Air Force vehicle maintenance activities.Experienced in developing/executing a monthly and weekly maintenance and operations schedules/plans.Experienced with aircraft equipment forms and IMDS or vehicle forms and DPAS documentation to include IMDS/DPAS screens and Automated Records Check.Experienced with ensuring aircraft/vehicle status is properly reported and maintained IAW AFI 21-103, Equipment, Inventory, Utilization, and Reporting, AFI 24-302, Vehicle Management, AFI 21-101, Aircraft Maintenance, and all associated support directives.About BluePath:BluePath Labs combines mission and business insights with advanced technologies to deliver measurable performance improvements for our clients.
