Order Processing Administrative Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support a staff of four by coordinating required duties such as data entry, scanning and indexing documents, communicating with clients, sales representatives and employees via phone and email
  • Track, update, schedule the delivery and pick up of company and lease owned equipment at the point of sale and at contract end
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in ERP
  • Communicate with client and leasing company accurate information regarding the termination of existing contracts
  • Backup receptionist for lunch breaks and receptionist absences

Requirements and experience

  • 2+ years of previous office experience in a fast pace environment and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills required
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Must have excellent organizational and time management skills while maintaining a detail-oriented mindset
  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college a plus
