Our priority is to promote client products and services to ensure satisfaction across all parties. We are looking for a new Account Manager to further the development of our accounts.
Responsibilities of the Account Manager:
Complete training on Marketing Strategy and Promotional Marketing
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Keep track of the company as well as individual production
Overseeing the sales pipeline
Participation in training workshops, campaign meetings & conferences as directed
Requirements of the Account Manager:
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
Capable of working under pressure; meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Previous customer service experience is desirable however not essential
1-2 years' experience in relevant field
