**HIRING Student CDL Driver ***

Pay:
• Starting pay at $0.32 CPM with pay increases as you hit mile goals
• Student drivers earn an average of $40,930 annually – this includes base pay, productivity and safety bonuses
• Additional $0.06 CPM Hazmat pay - only for placarded loads
• Paid orientation - $60/day. Plus, transportation, hotel room and 2 meals per day
• Veterans encouraged to apply – we recognize military service when determining pay
• Tuition reimbursement program for recent CDL school graduates
• Company-paid schooling for future CDL students

Qualifications:
• 21 years of age or older, with a Class A commercial driver’s license
• Have the right to work and live in the United States
• No BACs, DUIs, DWIs or license suspensions for moving violations in the past five years***
• Ability to meet work attendance and availability requirements and all applicable legal and DOT regulations to drive a commercial truck in the United States and Canada
• Ability to pass all applicable certification class testing and requirements
• Must pass a comprehensive drug test
