Florida Blue (FLB) is looking for two Journey Digitization Interns to work within the Digital Transformation organization to help support the member journey digitization development, redefining the healthcare experience of our customers. The Journey Digitization Internship is a critical role within the new Digital Transformation organization and will work closely with digital leadership, shared services and IT to assist in the delivery of digital initiatives. The perfect candidate for this role has excellent analytical, organizational and documentation skills and the ability to manage and track multiple tasks concurrently. Additionally, candidates for this role will need to have excellent communication and networking skills.

Located in Jacksonville, Florida Begins in May 2020 and concludes August 2020 (one position will end Dec. 2020) As a Digital Journey Intern, you will have the opportunity to do the following: Collaborate with the Digital Transformation team and business stakeholders to analyze website usability, product performance and consumer behavior insights.
Assist with the translation of clients' goals and objectives into actionable and measurable digital marketing programs, ensuring necessary tagging and tacking is implemented to enable relevant reporting Conduct research and analyze data to evaluate, forecast and identify best digital practices Conduct new digital initiatives review and validation against expected outcomes Work with IT to gather data and assist in resolving open questions and issue resolution and management of new digital development Develop Excel-based models to manage and track Digital initiative progress and issues Identify and coordinate business stakeholders to gather business insights to assist in the development of new digital initiatives Requirements: Undergrad (Junior, Senior) in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Information Security, Digital or other related programs Strong abilities in using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and web-based tools. Using digital technologies to create new - or modify existing - business processes, culture, and customer experiences to meet changing business and market requirements. Excellent oral and written communication skills; can create interesting, cogent and well-edited presentations Preferred qualifications: Understand or have experience in the Health Insurance industry, specifically knowledge of Health Care Reform regulations and CMS guidelines.
Experience with eCommerce and/or consumer engagement. Presentation creations and delivery experience. Google analytics knowledge We are interested in every qualified applicant who is eligible to work in the United States.
