The candidate must have an overall understanding of internal controls, recording and reporting of financial transactions. Must be able to function effectively in a multitasking environment and to work independently as well as on a team.
The main role of the candidate will be to manage the daily operational activities pertaining to the IT budget, including invoice processing, PO/PR creation, by using the financial tools Prophix, SAP, and FIORI. Be able to reconcile SAP to the forecasting tool, prepare the monthly IT accruals, and perform analysis by cost center, cost element, and cost type as needed. The candidate will need to be able to post journal entries, re-class entries and handle any reconciliations and reporting requirements.
Flexibility and the ability to adapt to a variety of responsibilities and settings are crucial to success in this position.
Responsible to support the daily operational activities pertaining to the IT budget, process invoices, create purchase requisitions and purchase orders in FIORI, maintain IT Purchase database. Responsible for maintaining the interfaces and accuracy of financial data between Prophix and the appropriate input sources such as Beeline, SAP, and Tangoe.
Perform month end close activities including IT accruals, account reconciliations, journal entries, reimbursements, and analysis. Close collaboration with Accounting, Finance and ITT teams on various topics including asset management, depreciation, amortization, service agreements and license fees.
Responsible for developing reports and reporting on various IT financial budgeting topics. Support management in various inquires related to their cost center budgets. Develop strong and productive relationships with business partners, colleagues and management.
Responsible for other adhoc analysis and IT financial projects as well as other duties as assigned.

The candidate must be able to multitask and effectively deal with time constraints. The candidate must be able to work with a group and independently.
