This position provides administrative support to the general functions of our business. Interaction with the general public is required. Daily functions may include the following: basic receptionist/clerical duties, data entry, answering phones, providing customer service to applicants, donors, and clients. Must be able to handle urine, saliva and hair specimen and collection; training and certification provided.
Must be flexible, customer service oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Successful candidates will be a team player, and have the ability to multi-task. Knowledge of general office procedures, email, and data entry, plus the use of office machines is desired.
Position may evolve into Staffing Specialist, for the right candidate. Compensation is DOE.
- Ability to type at least 30 wpm
- 1 year of experience (in some singular or combine capacity of clerical/administrative/receptionist position)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent Communication skills
- Knowledge of general office procedures, email, data entry and ability to use general office equipment (such as fax/email/scan/Microsoft office)
- Ability to multi task with extreme attention to detail
