Direct of Sales / Senior Sales Manager, new business focus plus client development. Job opening as a result of company success and market opportunities to expand the sport scoreboard offerings. Ideally you are commutable to the Duluth head office or able to visit for team or client meetings however remote home office is totally OK. There will be around 25%+ travel for client presentations and sales meetings to customers and the senior management team with an outstanding demonstration facility and NOC in Georgia.

All base and commission / bonus compensations expectations considered plus excellent benefits and fantastic career prospects with long term security.

The Executive Team has a big appetite for profitable, sustainable growth and know there are excellent opportunities within their markets. This $75MM company, established in the late 1960s, design, manufacture, install and support digital billboards, outdoor events, sports scoreboards, LED video.

Unlimited commission with an annual OTE of $300K and much higher potential for exceeding your annual sales revenue quota, which is very achievable. Over the first 1-2 years (or sooner if performance allows) you will hire supporting sales executives, BDRs, SDRs to build out your team supported in end to end management, by the senior executive leadership team.
