Speech Language Pathologist for Home Based Therapy

Blossom L.A. Pediatric Therapy serves Los Angeles County providing home based therapy for children 0-3. Collaboration with our clients and families are at the heart of the services we provide. Our staff is comprised of licensed Occupational Therapists, licensed Speech Therapists and Child Development specialists who specialize in delivering tailored services for each child’s needs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive standardized Speech-Language assessments in client’s homes
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation as per Regional Center requirements.
• Provide individual home therapy sessions incorporating best practice.
• Work in close collaboration with families and caregivers to support their goals.
• Ability to drive and provide therapy services in the client’s natural environment which may be their home or daycare.
• Able to serve clients in Whittier, Pico Rivera and surrounding areas

Qualifications:

• Experience in Early Intervention (0-5 preferred)
• Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist therapy program and hold a current CA state license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitie.
• Must have a valid CA Driver’s License, access to a vehicle, and valid auto insurance.
