MORNING PEOPLE... THIS IS FOR YOU!
Blood, Sweat and Butter is a boutique higher-end creative catering company based in Glassell Park owned and operated by two sisters. We do catering for both production and events. We need someone trustworthy, dependable and good natured that could potentially grow with us.
For the assistant kitchen manager, we are looking for a dependable morning kitchen manager who can be responsible for getting breakfast out. You will often be the first in so if you like mornings and a little quiet time to yourself before the hustle, this could be a good fit. The start time averages 5-6am. Once breakfast is out, you will work on prep with the rest of the crew.
Because we are fairly small, we all participate in most aspects of the kitchen. Our menus change all the time so adaptability is a must (and a sense of humor is golden.) We are a super tight, kind and respectful team.
The position is roughly 30-40 hours a week. Availability on weekends is required as we often have shoots or events on the weekends.
Pay is commesurate with experience.
