Job DescriptionTHE COMPANY'S VISION Blockchains, LLC ("we" or "Company") is a technology startup dedicated to conceptualizing, building, and incubating blockchain-powered ideas. We are working to accelerate blockchain adoption in order to improve upon the current legacy systems on which many industries and the internet rely. To do so, we are developing blockchain-based infrastructure, with an emphasis on digital asset custody and management, digital identity, reputation, and the ability to connect physical devices to the Ethereum blockchain. WHAT YOU WILL DO In this position, you will be responsible for researching, synthesizing, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting information and data in both written and oral form, to leadership and requesting departments.

You will collect such information and data using a variety of methods such as databases, reports, literature reviews, statutes and laws, and other sources. The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following: • Under the direction of the Director of Research and Workforce Development, prepare memorandums, white papers, and other written communication on a variety of topics relating to the company's initiatives, projects, and overall operations. • Provide ongoing support for all departments by tracking and communicating the status of research projects, timelines, deliverables, and project requirements. • Prepare presentation data and information for meetings, conference calls, and webinars. • Extract, collect, and aggregate data across databases, information sources, survey responses, and other sources; ensure data quality; cleans and checks exiting data for consistency and accuracy. • Create, organize, and maintain a central repository of original reference materials. • Perform qualitative and quantitative research and consultation on market trends. • Identify the necessary technology platform(s) to support this repository and project manage the implementation of these platforms and the transition of existing information. • Deep understanding of the central information repository and be able to answer questions and research requests. • Research liaison for all company departments. • Conduct background research on companies and persons of interest and synthesize findings into reports for senior management. • Compose official analysis/business documentation to include macro analysis and whitepaper composition. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) • Demonstrated experience as a researcher and/or writer (technical writing preferred). • Experience collecting, interpreting, and organizing data. • Ability to prepare extensive reports and present findings to companies with clear and concise action advice. • Working knowledge of the target industry and market. • Advanced speaking and report-writing skills for effective communication. • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. • Ability to keep sensitive business information confidential. • Knowledge of blockchain technology and ecosystem trends preferred. • Effective collaboration with people of diverse backgrounds and viewpoints. • Ability to frame complex problems in simple terms. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing environment. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE • Bachelor of Arts degree or Bachelor of Science degree in business, statistics, linguistics, or related field. • 2-4 years' work experience in one of the following categories: political science, business administration, philosophy, library science, social science, liberal arts OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
