Customer Service Representative.

This position is a mix of managing reports and reaching out to customers.
Responsibilities would include customers satisfaction calls, checking orders, calling customers for order verification, entering new customers into the computer system, making changes to customer files, making travel arrangements for the sales team, writing work-orders and helping the sales team as needed.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES REQUIRED FOR THIS JOB:
· Basic computer skills, including MS Business Software & System Z
· General Office Skills (e.g., multi-line phone system, managing electronic & paper records,)
· Must understand the Company’s policies
· Able to communicate them with other employee and customers.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
· On the job training will be provided
· Prior general office experience
· Prior customer service experience is required.
