Job Description
Regional Manager – Albuquerque, NM Blake’s Lotaburger, LLC. 
This is a full-time, salaried-exempt level position.  Position Details: The Regional Manager’s (RM) role is to oversee, evaluate, and direct the activities of three or more District Managers.  The RM is also responsible for monitoring sales and controllable costs in their respective areas (ie. food and labor costs) and provide guidance to District Managers regarding staffing, proper enforcement of policies and procedures, and new product rollouts.  Regional Managers assist District Managers in finding ways to increase sales volume in their areas and are regularly tasked with performing audits in their regions to preserve company brand standards. The RM reports directly to the Director of Field Management.  Job Responsibilities: -          Motivate upper-level management employees to perform all job duties with customers in mind -          Foster a positive work environment of respect for direct reports and customers; requiring the same of their District Managers to create and maintain the same environment in their stores -          Interview and recruit qualified and skilled applicants, to build a pipeline of talent for future management vacancies -          Assist District Managers with proper placement or reassignment of managers and crew to optimize their potential -          Train stores on company policies and procedures and audit stores to ensure company manuals are kept up-to-date and are being followed -          Ensure the store is in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to: food safety, premises safety, equal employment opportunity, and workers’ compensation reporting. -          Address District Manager conduct through enforcement of company policies and procedures by coaching, appropriate discipline and if necessary, discharge  Job Requirements: -          Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of restaurant management experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or college coursework in business/management -          Must have basic computer skills to allow for the ability to analyze and generate reports -          Must be able to work on an on-call basis in case of emergencies and work a rotating schedule of 50+ hours per week -          Must possess strong leadership and communication skills -          Must possess a valid driver’s license -          Ability to read, understand, and apply complex policies and procedures -          Physical requirements include: lift up to 25lbs unassisted, ability to sit, stand and walk for prolonged periods of time; as well as bend, stoop, climb and reach. Ability to work in a warm environment is a must. The ability to read/write/speak in English as well as see and hear is required. Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
