BlackFish Federal is a minority-owned, 8(a) government contractor. We are will be bidding on the upcoming Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) IMCS V contract effort. We are seeking Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who have experience with the Federal Docket Management System (FDMS) process and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to assist us on a consultant basis with the technical knowledge needed to write a winning proposal. This will be a remote arrangement and the schedule can be flexible to accommodate your availability. We anticipate the work will require a few hours per week over the course of approximately 1 month. The work hours will be flexible based on the candidate's availability.
