We are looking for a highly motivated, career-driven, experienced Social Media Ads Coordinator that is looking for a serious position to grow with a reputable, rapidly expanding digital marketing company.

What you will be doing as a Social Media Ads Coordinator:

Manage direct client communication through on-boarding, execution, optimization, and reporting on paid social media campaigns within Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Monitor and manage day-to-day operations of social ad campaigns and continuously measure campaign performance and ROI, leveraging analysis to identify optimization opportunities including design, content, copy, channel, target audiences and call-to-action. Build customer loyalty through strong communication and high performing campaigns. Make product recommendations based on the customer’s short-term goals to drive growth both for the customer and for BizIQ. Stay up-to-date on Industry trends and updates within the social media marketing world (both paid and organic)

Must have skills/education:

Minimum 2 years in a B2B customer facing role with a minimum 2 years of direct experience with paid social campaigns within Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Proven ability to not only retain but grow existing business. Strong understanding of social media and search channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Twitter. Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Excel and/or Google sheets experience. Google Tag Manager experience not required, but a plus.
