BIG is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative who will represent our sales organization in the pursuit of C-Level and Executive prospects from Fortune 1000 companies. Pega experience is a huge plus.


  • Identify and partner with prospects to understand what challenges or initiatives they may be facing
  • Be able to convey how our consultancy merits further discussion around solving those problems
  • Strategic collaboration with Sales and Marketing is integral to success in this role
  • Travel may be required for sponsored events

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years of sales/BDR experience
  • MUST have experience conveying technical concepts
  • Fearless at outbound calling
  • Create and execute new campaigns, driving event attendance, multi-pronged approach into leads
  • Outstanding communication skills are a must (in-person, phone, email, social media)
  • Take ownership of lead generation for a specified greenfield region or vertical
  • Strong  familiarity with executing successful cadences using cadence tools
  • Track record of success in achieving activity metrics (ex. established meetings, lead conversion)
  • Familiarity with how businesses operate in order to identify gaps or opportunities
  • Ability to understand and convey both business and technical issues
  • Lead calling efforts to increase attendance at industry and partner events
  • Strong planning skills and proficiency in MS office and CRM (Ex. Salesforce, SalesLoft)
  • Confident and Resourceful

Desirable skills:

  • Pega experience
  • Industry experience with Financial Services, Insurance or Healthcare considered a plus
  • Self-motivated to operate within a highly autonomous sales environment
  • Previous experience selling software and/or professional services 
  • Proven results while working remotely
