Job Description

Bishop & Company is recruiting for a Project Manager Assistant for a local company in the Honolulu area. This is a direct hire role offering excellent benefits including paid employee health insurance, retirement with employer match, and paid parental leave.

The Project Manager Assistant will oversee project scheduling, milestones, and logistics ensuring projects are meeting deliverable deadlines, ensure contractual obligations are met, set up new projects in project management software, communication with clients, work with our client's Business Office, develop project status reports, attend project site meetings, and ensure document organization.

The Project Manager Assistant will exhibit a high level of professionalism and possess strong organizational, problem solving, and interpersonal skills. The PM Assistant will be comfortable interfacing with clients and work as part of a team.


  • Previous experience with project planning, management, and scheduling.
  • Experience working with project management software.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • This position may involve travel to military installations, outer islands and other areas of the Pacific, such as Guam. Candidates must posses a valid U.S. Passport, U.S. Real ID driver's license, and ability to pass a background check for access to military installations.
