Customer Service Representative #17326
- Answer customer inquiries about eligibility, provider services, and benefits. Resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Document customer calls completely and accurately.
- Assist customers while demonstrating expertise of company products and programs.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum six (6) months of work experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare field.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Working hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Pay: $15.25/hr
- Job Type: Temp-to-hire
