Primary Duties: The Analyst / Writer will assist with the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) required annual review of medical policies.
- Research professional, scientific, medical, and business journals
- Gather necessary information to partner with a medical director to revise medical policies
- Complete all associated administrative tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Job Requirements:
- 1+ years of related experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly and retain information.
- Must be self-directed and work well under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate initiative and handle tasks without constant supervision.
Additional Information:
- Position Type: Long-Term Temporary Opportunity till 6/30/2021 with Possible Extension
- Location: Ala Moana area - Honolulu, HI
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7: 30am to 4: 15pm + overtime on weekdays as needed
- Pay: $22/hr
